Baked Gulkand Gujiya

In kadhai/pan, prepare the stuffing with chironji, coconut, mawa, saffron, Anveshan mishri gulkand, and cardamom.
Knead dough with flour, ghee, and water.
Let it rest for 2 hours.
Make round balls and roll them like discs. Cut the disc in half and fill it with the prepared stuffing. Close the corners and shape it like a gujiya.
Bake them at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes, till they turn brown.
Brush with ghee and decorate with silver leaf.
