Moringa Mathri

In a large bowl take 2 cups of wheat flour and 2 tbsp suji.
Then add 2 tbsp kasuri methi, 1 tsp pepper, ¼ tsp ajwain, 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp Anveshan Moringa Powder and 2 tbsp Ghee.
Mix well making sure there are no lumps.
Add water to the flour as required and knead the dough.
Take out a ball-sized dough and flatten it with your hand.
Prick it with a fork to prevent puffing.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes. Serve hot.

P.S. You can also store these mathris in an airtight container for a month.
